Carnez didn’t begin as a business plan.

It started as a hobby between friends — a shared obsession with good meat, better grilling, and the kind of meals that bring people together around a table.

At first, it was simple. We sourced cuts we believed in, cooked for friends and family, shared recommendations, and helped people discover better ways to enjoy meat at home.

Then something unexpected happened.

One friend told another.
One family recommended us to another family.
A weekend order became a weekly order.
A backyard grill became a conversation.

Without chasing growth, Carnez began to grow organically — through trust, word of mouth, and the simple idea that people deserved better meat and a more personal way to buy it.

What started as a hobby slowly became something much bigger.
