RETURN POLICY
Carnez does not accept returns or exchanges because our items are perishable. However, if the product is damaged in transit, kindly contact us at contact@carnez.net so we can investigate the situation and the unsatisfactory process you experienced. Please make sure you submit photos to help us understand the issue no longer than 24 hours after receiving the order.
