USDA Prime Picanha | Whole Cut | 3.0–5.0 lb options

The churrasco centerpiece that feeds more people than the price suggests. Carnez USDA Prime Picanha is a whole sirloin cap with its signature fat cap intact, delivering rich beef flavor, juiciness, and the classic Brazilian steakhouse experience at home.

Why it’s a strong value

  • Whole-cut format: one Picanha can be sliced into multiple steaks or served family-style.
  • Built for sharing: depending on appetite and sides, a 3–4.5 lb cut can serve approximately 5–8 people.
  • USDA Prime: superior marbling and tenderness.
  • Signature fat cap: helps baste the meat as it cooks for deeper flavor and juiciness.
  • Versatile: grill whole, cut into steaks, skewer churrasco-style, or roast.

Local delivery: Orders of $100+ qualify for FREE local delivery in eligible Greater Orlando areas. Please allow approximately 2 days for fulfillment. Express delivery may be available in select areas.

What is Picanha?

Picanha, also known as sirloin cap, rump cap, or coulotte, comes from the top of the rump. Its defining feature is the fat cap, which renders during cooking and gives the cut its signature flavor. Traditionally, it is cooked over live fire and sliced thinly against the grain.

Carnez' grill tip

Season generously with coarse salt. Start fat-side down to render and crisp the cap, then finish over direct or indirect heat depending on thickness. Rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
