We work with a network of family farmers in the Corn Belt states: Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois, as well as some farms in Michigan. These regions are renowned for their high-quality feed, which includes a mix of grass and premium grains. This diet is crucial for producing top-tier beef, mainly from Angus and Wagyu cattle, the best breeds for steaks. We stay away from dairy cattle to ensure the highest quality meat.
